Grow designed an app-based booking system for the most established alcohol distributor in the UAE. The booking system is used for sign-ups to A+E’s alcohol training school (PATH Bar School), and enables both the client and students to schedule their lessons with ease.
Our in-house User Psychologist further optimised the user experience to improve the user journey through the app, consequently enhancing the experience.
Grow works very closely with A+E on an ongoing basis, as app is constantly being enhanced to add additional functionality.
We developed one of the region's first food ordering apps, which was directly integrated with the website's same real-time online ordering system (which we also developed). It was designed as another channel to access the digital market and increase orders. The app itself offered additional functionality that the website could not, such as saving the user's address and creating a favourite order. Consequently regular users can place their favourite orders in one click.
Grow have created several games for Ascom over the years. They are designed as part of Ascom’s seasonal promotions designed to maintain awareness of the brand, whilst adding a more entertaining side to the company. We have custom-developed a branded asteroids-style game where you have to steer Santa to avoid the crows, as well as a whack-an-elf game where you have to hit elves but avoid Santa.
The games are always very positively received and as well as keeping Ascom in the forefront of their client’s minds, also makes them stand out as a unique company.
As part of Movember, Grow designed a tongue-in-cheek app to raise awareness of the brand whilst latching on to a trending topic. The app enabled a user to complete an interactive questionnaire to find out which type of moustache they were.
The tone of voice, music and graphics were all carefully considered, which was particularly challenging for a traditionally more conservative brand. The end result was that we showed Novotel’s fans the more human and innovative side of the brand, whilst raising awareness for an important cause.
Grow designed and developed the Dubai Garden Centre's website and supported it with a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. We worked very closely to create a very illustrative website in line with their branding at the time, which featured carefully crafted organic animations. Grow consequently increased visitors to the site by 457% over a six month period, and increased in-store foot-fall by 25% year-on-year.
