Digital Account Manager / Client Relations Manager

The Digital Account Manager / Client Relations Manager will develop long-term relationships with clients and oversee our digital marketing projects; s/he will aim to satisfy clients’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and deliver positive customer experience. 

Business Industry: Digital projects within B2B

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with existing / new clients.
  • Understand and properly answer client’s requests, liaise internally with the team to clarify any requirements.
  • Manage the team and ensure that all digital scope if fulfilled
  • Prepare detailed digital marketing reports for all clients on a monthly basis and present
  • Strong written and verbal english communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as client servicing in a digital agency

  • Ability to conduct quality inspections during the installation phase on site
